C2D moments

Cullies to dullies was such a vibe for me. We started with a very early morning on Thursday and drove to Cullinan. We then cycled 130km. It was a nice route and quite easy, but the only thing that made it hard was at the end before we hit the tar, there was some bad winds so I was sitting in the front to break wind for the rest. We the arrived at Loskop before the rest of the people in the bus and everything so it gave me and Bradley a chance to go take a dip in the pool which was very refreshing. That night we had a lekker braai with all of the parents who came with us and had a nice early night!

The next morning we had to wake up very early and if Im being honest I was very eager to sleep in but got up and had a Simon sandwich(banana bread with PB and honey and banana). This day was 117km but with almost 2500m of climbing. We had to walk through rivers and cycle up some long hills before we got to our lunch stop on 74km. We had lunch and started the last few kilos. It went quite fast until  we hit the last 17km which was only climbing for 17km. Some tough parts but so happy all of us made it.

We the arrived in Dullstroom next to the Seattle and I was so hungry! I got a BIG cappuccino and a BIG brownie. It was awesome to see when we finished we all first went to the rest to say well done on completing it. And then drove back to campand had a shower and then some awesome conversation with Ps John.
